This family was darling! I love when you meet a family for the first time and you know that their family pictures are going to be gorgeous because they are adorable and well dressed. Mom wanted family pictures for mothers day and I can totally relate. That's the only thing I ask for every mother's day. You can see their fun stop action-"music video" style slide show here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Uedt8KTnSg

were in my studio last week. Not just any cuties but one of my closest friends little kiddos. They might have been a melt down or two (and not just the kids) but in the end I think it was worth it:)

A few days we ago we had a fun (fake) snow day in the studio. Can a just say that I love that I don't have to worry about the weather or get bundle up to take pictures in the winter AND I can stay in my jammies too!
I was planning on offering snow day mini sessions to my clients this year but I didn't quite have enough time to plan and execute before Christmas, so next year look out for a day or two of indoor snow fun.

I had a fun afternoon photographing my niece Bethany. I kept telling her she was my model...she was a wonderful one too! We went to the local fair grounds and walked around, found places to pose and fun backdrops, she came up with some ideas too.

Evan is a fun almost 2 year old who does not sit still long...or at all. I was so happy to see I got some great ones of his amazing blue eyes.
